Event Manager

You'll own a portfolio of events end to end and be accountable for their results, so Lumepic can scale across Latin America, the United States and Spain at the same time.
Profile
Very smart, proactive people from any background. Previous experience is not required: we care more about how you think and how hard you push. We're not looking for someone who needs detailed instructions for every step, or profiles who coordinate without executing.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of your events and be accountable for hitting their goals: photographer coverage, sales and conversion.
- Make sure every event has the photographers it needs, coordinating before, during and after.
- Track each event's numbers in real time and act fast when something isn't working.
- Work with photographers, organizers and the internal team to unblock whatever is needed.
- Spot what worked in each event and turn it into a repeatable process for the next ones.
What we're looking for
- You're very smart, learn fast and are eager to push things forward.
- You're proactive: you don't wait to be told what to do, you figure it out.
- You're comfortable with numbers and with making decisions on incomplete information.
- Strong written and verbal communication with people from very different backgrounds and countries.
- Any degree. Previous experience is not required.
- Bonus: English and an affinity for sports and photography.
